  2. 2 cups canned french fried onions, crushed

  3. 2 tbsp. all purpose flour

  4. 2 large eggs, beaten to blend

  5. 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, about 4 to 6 ounces each

  1. Preheat onion to 400 degrees. Combine the french fried onions and flour in a pie plate. Place the eggs in a small bowl. Dip the chicken into the eggs to coat then roll in the onion mixture until well crusted. Place the crusted chicken on a sheet pan and bake about 20 minutes until crunchy and cooked through. Serve chicken immediately.
