  1. 1 pound pork tenderloin, cut into stir-fry strips

  2. 1 teaspoon vegetable oil

  3. 1 (16-ounce) package frozen Oriental vegetable combination

  4. 2 (3 1/2-ounce) packages ramen noodles, broken into pieces*

  5. 1 1/2 cups water

  6. 3 tablespoons soy sauce

  7. 1 1/2 teaspoons dark Oriental sesame oil

  8. 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds, if desired

  1. Heat oil over medium-high heat in large nonstick skillet. Add pork; stir-fry about 5 minutes or until pork is lightly browned. Add remaining ingredients except sesame seeds. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat. Simmer 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are completely softened and vegetables are crisp-tender. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired, before serving.
