  1. 400 g Minced pork

  2. 100 g Chinese mushroom(s)

  3. 2 Cloves

  4. 2 pcs

  5. 1 tbsp Seasoning Mix Red Braising Sauce

  6. 2 tbsp Water

  7. 1/2 Cup Pepper a little Corn starch

  8. 1/2 tsp

  1. Saute shallots and garlic in 1 tbsp oil. Add minced pork and mushrooms, stir well and sizzle wine. Add seasoning mix and simmer until sauce thickened. Divide hot rice into two bowls. Serve with the red braised minced pork.
