  1. Neopolitan Bundt Cake

  3. 18 1/4 oz box white cake mix

  4. 1 cup water

  5. 1/4 cup oil

  6. 3 eggs

  7. 1 t. strawberry extract

  8. 1/4 cup chocolate syrup

  9. red food color 2/3 cup powdered sugar

  10. 3 T. chocolate syrup

  11. 12 cup bundt pan. Preheat oven to

  12. 350F. Blend

  13. the cake mix, water, oil, and eggs on low speed until moistened.

  14. 3 min. on med. speed. Pour

  15. 1/2 of the batter into the bundt

  16. pan. Measure 1/2 of the remaining batter into a sm. bowl and stir

  17. in the strawberry extract and food color (as much as you want to

  18. make a pretty, dark pink color). Carefully pour this into the pan.

  19. Stir 1/4 C. chocolate syrup into the remaining batter and carefully

  20. pour this into the pan on top of the strawberry batter. Bake for 40 min. Cool

  21. 15 min. Remove from pan and drizzle chocolate

  22. glaze over the top.

  23. Mix together powdered sugar and 3 T. chocolate syrup until smooth.

  24. If necessary, a few drops of water or a sm. amount of additional

  25. powdered sugar may be added until the desired consistency is

  26. obtained. Drizzle over top of the bundt cake.
