  1. 4 tablespoons 60ml Soy sauce - divided

  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Lemon juice - divided

  3. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Garlic powder

  4. 3/4 teaspoon 3.8ml Ground ginger

  5. 4 Chicken breast halves without skin

  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Honey

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Water

  8. Vegetable cooking spray

  1. Combine 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and ginger; pour over chicken, stirring to coat. Marinate for 30 minutes.

  2. Combine remaining soy sauce, lemon juice, honey and water. In wok or large skillet, brown chicken; add honey mixture. Over medium heat, cook 5 minutes.

  3. Over high heat, cook uncovered an additional 5 minutes or until chicken is glazed; stir occasionally.
