  1. 1 cup Pepperoni slices -or-

  2. 1 pack (4 ounces) pepperoni

  3. cup Chopped onion

  4. cup Green pepper strips

  5. 7 ounces Spaghetti, cooked and drained

  6. cup Grated Parmesan cheese

  7. 2 ounces

  8. cup Chopped tomato

  9. teaspoon Oregano leaves

  1. Fry the pepperoni in a large skillet until edges curl. Add onion and green pepper; cook until tender. Toss together cooked spaghetti and cheeses, tomato and oregano; add pepperoni, onions and pepper strips. Heat thoroughly. Sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese, if desired. Makes 4-6 servings.
