  1. 1 1/2 cups flour

  2. 2 teaspoons baking powder

  3. 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  4. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  5. 3/4 cup sugar

  6. 1/2 cup evaporated milk

  7. 3/4 cup real pumpkin (canned)

  8. 1/4 cup brown sugar

  9. 1 very ripe banana, mashed

  10. 1/2 cup zucchini, grated

  11. 1/4 cup butter, melted

  12. 1 egg

  13. 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

  14. 1/4 cup water

  1. Prepare bread pan by spraying with cooking spray.

  2. Put aside.

  3. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  4. Mix flour,baking powder, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, salt, sugar, and evaporated milk together in a large mixing bowl.

  5. Mix pumpkin, mashed banana, zucchini, butter, egg,vanilla extract and water, in a bowl.

  6. When incorporated add all at once to the flour mixture.

  7. (Mixture will be stiff).

  8. Pour into pan and top with mixture of brown sugar and 1/2 tsp cinnamon.

  9. Put in oven and cook for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from middle
