  1. 170 g wheat flour

  2. 1 egg yolk

  3. 5 g instant yeast

  4. 1/8 tsp salt

  5. 1 tsp milk powder

  6. 40 g sugar

  7. 35 g margarine

  8. 75 ml cold water

  9. 60 g quick melt cheddar cheese, grated

  1. : 1. Mix all dry ingredients and stir well.

  2. Add egg yolk and water, mix well.

  3. Enter margarine and salt, knead until smooth. Allow the dough for 30 minutes until fluffy.

  4. Flattened dough then roll until solid. Place dough in pan size 10x20x5 cm.

  5. Allow the dough for 60 minutes until fluffy.

  6. Sprinkle cheese randomly on the surface of the dough.

  7. Bake in oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes until cooked. Remove and serve.
