  1. 1/2 cup milk

  2. 2 tablespoons butter

  3. 1/2 cup cream (heavy)

  4. 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning

  5. 1/8 teaspoon cayenne

  6. 1/8 teaspoon white pepper

  7. 1/8 teaspoon onion powder

  8. 1/2 cup white wine

  9. 1 tablespoon garlic powder

  10. 1 lb. linguine noodles

  11. 4 chicken breasts , skinless

  12. 1 8-oz package shrimp (raw, medium-size)

  13. 1 tablespoon olive oil

  1. Mortar spices well. Put cream & milk in pan with butter and 1/2 spice mixture. Thicken and reduce, set aside. Cook noodles. Saute chicken breasts with wine and remaining spices until done. Remove and set aside. Saute shrimp in same pan, adding wine if necessary. Serve each breast on a bed of noodles with shrimp. Cover with sauce.
