  1. Corn Pakoras make a mouth watering tea time snack.

  5. 250 gm Corn Kernels

  6. 2tsp Green Chilli Paste

  7. 5-6 tbsp Gram Flour

  8. Oil

  9. 1tsp Chaat Masala

  10. A pinch of Salt

  11. 2 tbsp Fresh Chopped Coriander Leaves

  12. 11/2 tsp Ginger Paste

  13. 2 tsp Green Chili Paste

  14. Methods:

  15. Grind corn kernels in a mixer and place it in a big bowl

  16. Add ginger paste, gram flour, coriander power, salt, green chili paste, chat masala, coriander leaves and little water to corn kernels and then mix well.

  17. Take a wok, heat oil and drop a spoonful of the corn mixture, till it turns golden brown.

  18. Drain out the excess oil

  19. And its ready to serve
