  1. 1/2lb Noodles, 1/4-inch wide

  2. 1/4lb Unsalted butter; melted

  3. 1 c Heavy cream; warmed

  4. 3/4c Parmesan cheese; freshly -grated Salt to taste

  5. 1/4ts Freshly ground pepper

  1. + Directions : Have a large bowl warmed and ready before you cook the noodles. [Cook the noodles according to package directions. ] Drain the cooked noodles and put them into the bowl. Quickly add remaining ingredients, tossing briskly to coat all the noodles, and serve at once. Variation: Noodles with poppy seeds.
