  1. 20 dry soy schnitzels - I used

  2. 2 packages of 100g each 1/2 cup dry herbs - oregano, rosemary, thyme, basil, parsley -

  3. 1 cup whole wheat flour

  4. 1/2 tsp sea salt

  5. Vegetable oil - as needed

  1. Put the dry schnitzels in a pot and add enough water to cover them. Boil them for 25 minutes.

  2. Add the flour, salt and dry herbs in a large plate and mix them all together.

  3. When the schnitzels are boiled, put them in a strainer and let them cool down for about 10 minutes.

  4. Turn around the soy schnitzels in the flour mix, shake off excessive flour.

  5. Heat vegetable oil in a non stick frying pan.

  6. Fry them at high to medium heat for about 3 minutes until golden brown, turn around the schnitzels frequently.

  7. Drip the fat on paper towel.
