  1. 1 Cream cheese

  2. 1 Butter

  3. 1 lb 454g / 16oz White crabmeat

  4. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Onion - finely chopped (small)

  5. 1 Tabasco sauce

  6. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Garlic powder

  7. 1 White pepper

  1. In a double boiler, melt the cream cheese and butter.

  2. Add the crabmeat and seasonings.

  3. Serve in a chafing dish to keep warm.

  4. Good with dip-size corn chips, in pastry shells, or crackers.
