  1. Orange Cheesecake with Cranberry-Orange Topping

  2. 1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

  3. 1/3 cup melted butter

  4. 1 Tbsp orange zest, chopped fine

  5. 3 8-ounce Pkgs. cream cheese

  6. 3/4 cup sugar

  7. 2 Tbsp flour

  8. 4 eggs

  9. 1 cup sour cream

  10. 1 tsp. vanilla extract

  11. 2 Tbsps orange Liqueur

  12. 2 Tbsps orange zest

  13. 1 orange, chopped into quarters

  14. 1 lb. cranberries

  15. 1/4 cup sugar

  16. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, butter, and orange zest.

  17. 9-inch springform pan. Bake at

  18. 10 minutes.

  19. Combine cream cheese and sugar and blend well. Add flour. Add

  20. eggs, one at a time, blending well after each addition. Stir in

  21. sour cream, Orange Liqueur, and orange zest. Pour over crust and 350 F for 40 minutes. Turn oven off and let cheesecake

  22. cool down in the oven for 1 hour.

  23. Loosen edges and refrigerate.

  24. Put orange pieces, cranberries, and sugar in food processor and pulse until it reaches the desired consistency. Top cheesecake

  25. with half of the mixture and pass the other half with the cake.
