  1. Preheat oven on broil. Cover cookie sheet with tin foil and put a rack. Separate wings from thighs. In a bowl, add wings. Almost cover with half soya sauce, half water. Add ginger, green onions and pepper. Place on rack and broil till dark brown / black and turn. Repeat.
