  1. 1 bag(s) frozen lima beans

  2. 4 clove(s) garlic , crushed and peeled

  3. 1/4 teaspoon(s) crushed red pepper

  4. 2 tablespoon(s) extra-virgin olive oil

  5. 4 teaspoon(s) lemon juice

  6. 1 teaspoon(s) ground cumin

  7. 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt , or to taste

  8. Freshly ground pepper , to taste

  9. 1 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh mint

  10. 1 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh cilantro

  11. 1 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh dill

  1. Bring a large saucepan of lightly salted water to a boil. Add lima beans, garlic and crushed red pepper; cook until the beans are tender, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool in the liquid.

  2. Drain the beans and garlic. Transfer to a food processor. Add oil, lemon juice, cumin, salt and pepper; process until smooth. Scrape into a bowl, stir in mint, cilantro and dill.
