    1. 2 Red Delicious apples

    2. 1/4 cup clear French Dressing

    3. 6-8 ounces Alaska snow crab, frozen or canned

    4. 1/2 cup diced cucumber

    5. 1/2 cup diced celery

    6. 1/3 cup mayonnaise

    7. 1 teaspoon lemon juice

    8. 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed

    9. 1/4 teaspoon salt

    10. 4 cups salad greens

    1. Dice apples and toss with French dressing. Drain and slice crab. Tosscrab, cucumber and celery with apples. Chill.

    2. Blend mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill weed and salt. Mix with salad.

    3. Serve on salad plates lined with greens.
