  7. 1 1/2 C Warm Water

  8. 1 Pkg Active Dry Yeast --

  9. 2 1/2 t.

  10. 2/3 C Sugar

  11. 1 1/2 Tsp Salt

  12. 2/3 C Shortening -- softened

  13. 2 Whole Eggs

  14. 1 C Mashed Potatoes -- Warmed (instant)

  15. 7 1/2 C All-Purpose Flour

  16. Mix yeast and water. Stir in all ingredients except flour. Mix well.

  17. Mix in flour till dough is easy to handle. Need dough till smooth and elasticy. Place in greased bowl, turn greased side up, cover with damp

  18. 1 1/2 to 2 hrs or till doubled. On floured board bunch

  19. 1 to 1 1/2 hrs. Bake at

  20. 400 for to 15 minutes.
