  1. 1 pkg. (17 1/3 oz.) frozen puff pastry (2 sheets), thawed

  2. 1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread

  3. 1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses

  4. 6 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Smoked Ham , chopped

  5. 1/3 cup chopped red pepper s

  6. 1 egg , beaten

  7. 2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard

  1. HEAT oven to 425°F.

  2. ROLL out each pastry sheet to 12x9-inch rectangle on lightly floured surface; cut each rectangle into 12 (3-inch) squares. Line each of 24 muffin cups with 1 pastry square.

  3. COMBINE remaining ingredients; spoon into pastry cups, adding about 1 Tbsp. to each.

  4. BAKE 15 to 18 min. or until filling is heated through and pastry is golden brown.
