  2. 1/2 c Skim milk;

  3. 2 tb Low-fat process American 

  4. 1/2 ts Salt; -cheese (1/2 oz) 

  5. 1/8 ts Pepper;

  6. 1 Egg; Vegetables cooking spray;

Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

  1. Combine all ingredients, except cooking spray; stir well. Pour mixture into a 1 1/2 casserole dish coated with cooking spray. Bake at 325F for 40 minutes or until thoroughtly heated.
