  3. 1 White potato; chunked

  4. 1 Carrot; sliced

  5. 1 Stalk celery; sliced

  6. 1 Zucchini; sliced

  7. cup Broccoli; chopped

  8. 1 Leek; trimmed, washed, and sliced

  9. 2 cups Low sodium tomato sauce

  10. 1 tablespoon Parsley flakes

  11. teaspoon Paprika

  12. teaspoon Basil

  13. teaspoon Chili powder

  14. teaspoon Dry mustard

  15. teaspoon Cumin

  16. teaspoon Pepper

  1. Cook the onions, garlic, potato, carrot and celery in a small amount of water in a large saucepan for 10 mins. Add the remaining ingredients and cook over low heat until the veggies are tender, about 35 mins.
