  1. 1 8 oz. can no-salt-added tomato sauce

  2. 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

  3. 1 clove garlic -- minced

  4. 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  5. 1 tablespoon paprika

  6. 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

  7. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  8. 1/2 teaspoon olive oil

  9. 2 pounds ground chicken breast -- cooked

  10. 1 cup onions -- chopped

  11. 1/2 cup bell peppers -- chopped

  12. 3 cups no yolks egg noodle substitute -- cooked

  1. Preparation : In a mixing bowl, combine tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, sugar, paprika, salt, and black pepper. In a skillet, heat oil over medium flame. Add chicken, onions, and bell peppers. Cook until chicken is no longer pink and vegetables are tender. Add tomato sauce mixture. Cook covered for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, cook egg noodle substitute according to package directions. Add cooked egg noodle substitute to chicken mixture.
