  1. 28 oz Plum tomatoes; drained and 1/3 c Olive oil

  2. 1/4 c White wine

  3. 1 T White vinegar

  4. 3 ea Green onions ; chopped

  5. 4 c Garlic; minced

  6. 1/2 t Salt

  7. 1/2 t Pepper

  8. 2 t Celentro; minced

  9. 8 ea Chicken ; breasts , skin re

  10. 1 x Ground pepper

  1. In lg.

  2. bowl combine all the ingredents for the sauce.

  3. Mix well, cover and refrigerate over night.

  4. Heat an outside grill and let the sauce> come to room temp.

  5. Sprinkel the chicken with lime juice and with salt and pepper, as you like.

  6. Place on grilland cook for about 6 min per side or until brown.

  7. brush the sauce on the chicken throughout the grilling and top each with more sauce when serving.
