  1. 1/2 cup 118ml Reduced-fat mayonnaise or light mayonnaise

  2. 1/2 cup 118ml Mango puree fresh or thawed frozen

  3. 1/4 cup 59ml Light sour cream

  4. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  5. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Pepper

  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Lime juice

  7. 8 oz 227g Medium shrimp - cooked shelled and deveined

  8. 20 Melba rounds or toasts

  1. In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mango puree, sour cream, salt, pepper and lime juice.

  2. Spoon mayonnaise mixture onto melba rounds; top with a shrimp.
