  1. 2 T Sugar

  2. 1 T Cornstarch

  3. 8 oz Pineapple chunks in

  4. Unsweetened juice, undrained 1/4 t Ground cinnamon

  5. 2 T Butter or margarine

  6. 1. Combine sugar and cornstarch in a deep, 1-quart, heat- resistant,

  7. 2. Gradually add juice from pineapple, stirring constantly.

  8. 3. Add pineapple, cinnamon and butter.

  9. 4. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven

  10. 3 minutes. Stir and heat an additional

  11. 4 minutes or until sauce has thickened. Stir occasionally. Serve with meat or as a desert sauce. Makes
