  1. 1 pound(s) tomatillos

  2. 2 whole(s) jalapenos

  3. 1 large onion , quartered

  4. 4 garlic , cloves

  5. 2 teaspoon(s) cumin

  6. 1 teaspoon(s) salt

  7. 1/2 lime , juice

  8. 1/2 cup(s) cilantro , chopped

  1. Roast tomatillos, onion, garlic and jalapenos on baking dish for 20-30 minutes until juices run out of tomatillos.

  2. Pour roasted ingredients along with the remaining ingredients into food processor and grind until smooth.

  3. Serve hot or cold.
