  1. 1/2 cup butter or margarine

  2. 1 1/2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper

  3. 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  4. 1 (2 1/2 to 3 pound) chicken, cut into 8 pieces 3 1/2 cups Rice Krispies, finely crushed

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In medium saucepan, melt butter with pepper and paprika over medium heat. Dip chicken pieces, one at a time, in to butter mixture, then roll in crumbs making sure to coat well. Arrange in single layer in large shallow baking pan. Bake in oven until crispy, brown and tender, about 1 hour.
