  1. 1 packet (100 grams) lemon jelly

  2. 1 small can (450 grams) pears

  3. a few glace cherries or cloves (laung / lavang)

  4. decoration balls

  5. a few drops of green colouring

  1. Melt the jelly in 3 teacups of boiling water.

  2. Cool and add the colouring.

  3. Put to set in any flat vessel.

  4. When the jelly sets, cut with a wet knife into small pieces.

  5. Spread the jelly in a serving dish.

  6. Arrange the pear halves over the jelly, leaving aside one half.

  7. Slice one pear half very thinly in the shape of mice tails. To each pear half, attach one tail, two decoration balls as eyes and two cherries (or cloves) shaped into ears so as to gice the appearance of mice.

  8. Serve cold.
