  1. 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast cup into bite size pieces

  2. 1/2 - 1 onion chopped

  3. 2 potato es peeled & cubed

  4. 1/2 - 1 green bell pepper cut into pieces

  5. 4 Tbs. barbecue sauce

  1. Heat outdoor grill to medium high and lightly oil grate.

  2. Take two pieces of foil about 12 to 15 inches for each serving.

  3. Lay them down in a cross pattern, one over the other. Place all cut up ingredients into the center of foil, add the B-B-Q sauce over all, then bring up all eight corners of foil and twist top together to resemble a “kiss”

  4. Grill each package over medium high heat for about 30 minutes, or until chicken temperature reaches 180 degrees F.

  5. Put each packet on a plate and serve. Open carefully, steamy.
