  1. 4-5 Whole Chicken Legs (cut Into Thighs & Drumsticks)

  2. 2 cups Rice

  3. 1 Small Hot Pepper , cut into pieces

  4. 2 Tbsp Recaito , goya brand 2 Tbsp Sofrito , goya brand 1 pkg Con Cilantro Y Achioto , goya brand 3 Tbsp Ketchup

  5. 1 tsp Garlic Powder

  6. 2 Tbsp Salt , or to taste

  7. 4 cups Cold Water

  8. 1/4 tsp Olive Oil

  1. In a casserole place chicken pieces; pour rice and pepper over chicken. Add recaito, sofrito, ketchup, & garlic powder; pour water and seasoning in pan; add olive oil cover pan with foil. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours; remove foil; increase temperature. Bake at 350 degrees for another half hour.
