  6. 1 sm Onion, Chopped

  7. 1 tb Sunflower Oil

  8. 1 t Mild Curry Powder or Paste

  9. 6 oz Mixed veg eg carrot,

  10. -courgettes, parsnip, cut -up small

  11. 4 oz Beansprouts

  12. 1 tb Chopped Fresh Coriander

  13. Salt and Black Pepper

  14. 4 Sheets of Filo Pastry

  15. 1 oz Butter, Melted

  16. Fry onion in oil for 2 minutes. Add curry powder, stir

  17. over heat for 1 minute.

  18. Add vegetables, stir fry for 3 minutes. Add

  19. beansprouts, coriander. Season. Mix, set aside.

  20. 190C,

  21. 375F, Gas Mark

  22. Lay out filo sheets. Cut in half. Brush with butter.

  23. Place one eigth of filling ner bottom edge of pastry

  24. pieces. Roll up and tuck in ends to seal. Brush with

  25. more butter. Place on a baking sheet.
