  1. 2 12 ounce frozen hash browns -- thawed

  2. 1 can cream of chicken soup

  3. 1 pint sour cream

  4. 2 cups cheddar cheese -- grated

  5. 1/2 cup onion -- chopped

  6. 1 teaspoon salt

  7. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  8. 4 tablespoons butter -- melted

  9. 1/2 cup corn flakes -- crushed

  10. 2 tablespoons butter -- melted

  1. Preparation : Combine potatoes with soup, sour cream, cheese, onion, butter and seasonings. Pour into baking dish. Combine corn flakes with butter, sprinkle over top. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
