3 tb Margarine

1/4 c Honey

3 c Unbleached bread flour

1/4 c High gluten flour

2 ts Dry yeast

1 t Salt

2 ts Ground coriander

1/8 ts Ground cloves

1/8 ts Ground ginger

1/4 ts Ground cinnamon

1 Egg (I use egg substitute)

1/2 tb Grated orange peel.
