  8. 1 ts Chili powder

  9. 1 ts Garlic salt

  10. 14 1/2 oz Can peeled whole tomatoes

  11. -- chopped 3 c Cooked rice

  12. Combine onions, peppers, celery, and butter in 2-1/2-quart microproof

  13. baking dish. Cover and cook on HIGH (maximum power) 6 minutes. Add

  14. seasonings, tomatoes, and rice; stir. Cover and cook on HIGH 4 minutes.

  15. Let stand 5 minutes.

  16. Each serving provides:
