  1. 1 1/2 cup Reduced-fat biscuit/baking mix

  2. 1 cup Puffed rice cersal

  3. 1/3 cup Finely chopped banana

  4. 1/2 cup Shredded peeled apple

  5. 1 cup Raisins

  6. 2 tablespoons Pine nuts; toasted

  7. 1 large Egg

  8. 3/4 cup Skim milk

  9. 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla

  1. In a bowl, combine bakinf mix, cereal, banana, aoole, raisins and pine nuts. In another bowl, beat egg, milk and vanilla; stir into dry ingredients just unti moistened. Pour batter by ¼ cupfuls onto a lightly greased hot griddle; turn when bubbles form on top of pancakes. Cook until second side is golden brown. Serve immediately. Yield : 10 pancakes.
