  1. 1 tsp. butter

  2. 2 tsps. olive oil

  3. 3 cloves garlic , minced

  4. 1 lb. shrimp

  5. 1/4 C white wine juice of one lemon

  6. 1/4 tsp. each of salt and pepper

  7. 1/4 C parsley , fine chopped lemon wedges Linguine or rice

  1. Melt butter and oil in the pan. Add garlic, saute’ 1 minute. Add shrimp, saute’ 1 minute. Add wine, lemon juice, salt and pepper and sate’ quickly, while sauce reduces and shrimp turns pink. DO NOT OVERCOOK. Sprinkle with parsley, garnish with lemon wedges. Serve over noodles or rice
