  1. 1 rack baby back ribs remove membrane from bone side Salt & pepper to taste

  2. 1-2 tablespoons soy sauce(low sodiun)

  3. 1-2 tablespoons honey

  4. 1 tablespoon chilli powder

  5. 1 teaspoon cumin

  6. 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes(more or less to taste)

  1. Place rib on two long pieces fo heavy duty foil. Mix all dry ingredient into bowl and then rub into meat onto both sides. Pour wet ingredeints over top evenly and wrap ribs tightly (fold edges to middle and fold down and the fold up sides to seal). Place on indirect heat on grill wth a low fire on either side but not underneath(or in oven on pan, at 250 degrees for 2 hrs or so) gril for 2 hrs or so depending on your grill, whether charcoal or gas, with cover/lid down). After 2 hrs open foil by cutting down the middle pull back sightly and cook at medium temp for 15 mintues. Remove from foil cut up the rack and enjoy. You can make more than one rack at a time depending on the size of youe grill just don't place on direct heat
