  1. 2 tb Olive oil

  2. 1 lb Sweet Italian sausage,

  3. Casings removed, crumbled 1/2 ts Dried red pepper flakes

  4. 1/2 c Diced onions

  5. 3 cl Garlic, minced

  6. 1 cn Italian plum tomatoes,

  7. Drained, coarsely chopped 1 1/2 c Whipping cream

  8. 1/2 ts Salt

  9. 12 oz Bow tie pasta

  10. 3 tb Minced fresh parsley

  11. 7 minutes. Add onion and garlic to skillet and cook until onion is tender and sausage is light brown, stirring occasionally, about 7 minutes. Add tomatoes, cream and salt. Simmer until mixture thickens slightly, about 4 minutes. Cook pasta in large pot of boiling salted water until just tender but still firm to bite, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Drain. Serves
