  1. 3 cups tomatoes - chopped, peeled, and seeded

  2. 12 Ounces vegetable juice cocktail - hot style

  3. 1 cup ham - cubed fully cooked

  4. 15 Ounces black beans or garbanzo -- rinsed, drained

  5. 1/2 cup cucumber - chopped seeded

  6. 1 medium yellow summer squash -- and/or zucchini

  7. 1/2 cup sweet pepper - chopped green or yellow

  8. 1/4 cup green onion - thinly sliced

  9. 2 tablespoons Italian salad dressing bottled hot pepper sauce
