  1. 2 egg s, slightly beaten

  2. 1/2 cup All Purpose four

  3. 1/2 cup of milk

  4. 1-2 tablespoons of butter

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Place a glass pie pan or dutch oven in to heat it up with the oven. Once the oven has reached 400 degrees, add the butter to the pan to melt. While the butter is melting, prepare the batter quickly to put it in the pan. Slightly beat eggs, add the rest of the ingredients and then continue to mix until smooth with the consistency of regular pancake batter. Open the oven and swirl around the melted butter to coat the pan. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 20 minutes. If using pure convection, cook it for only 14 minutes. Top it with some fresh squeezed lemon and powdered sugar.
