  1. 3 Teaspoons Olive Oil

  2. 2 lbs. ground beef

  3. 1 onion chopped

  4. 4 or 5 carrot s diced

  5. 2 celery stalks diced

  6. 2 large cans diced tomato es (48oz.)

  7. 2 cans red kidney beans

  8. 2 cans white kidney beans

  9. 6 small cans beef stock (88 oz.)

  10. 3 teaspoons oregano

  11. 1/2 teaspoons pepper

  12. 5 teaspoons fresh parsley chopped

  13. 1/2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce

  14. 2 jars spaghetti sauce

  15. 8 oz. dry pasta shell macaroni (1 cup)

  1. Saute beef in oil in large 10qt. pot until beef starts to brown. Add onions, carrots, celery and tomatoes. Simmer for about 10 minutes.

  2. Drain and rinse beans and add to pot, also add beef stock, oregano, pepper, Tabasco, spaghetti sauce and noodles.

  3. Simmer until celery and carrots are tender about 45 minutes.
