  1. 1 bunch scallions, white part thinly cut diagonally

  2. 5 garlic cloves, crushed

  3. 1 1/2 tsp toasted sesame seeds

  4. 1 tsp sesame oil

  5. 1 tsp black pepper

  6. 1/2 tsp red pepper

  7. 1/4 cup Pear Juice or 2 TBSP sugar

  8. Soy sauce: enough to carry the other ingredients but not so much as to make

  9. it overly salty. Try 1/4 cup but use more or less as you see fit.
