  1. 7 to 8 medium red potatoes

  2. 2 cloves garlic, minced

  3. 112 g butter

  4. 1/2 tsp. salt

  5. 1/2 tsp. pepper

  6. 1/2 tsp. celery salt

  7. 2 tsp. dried dillweed

  1. Boil potatoes in a large pan with water to cover until barely tender. Drain and cut potatoes into wedges. Melt butter in a large skillet. Add garlic and cook, stirring, 1 minute. Add potatoes, salt, pepper, celery salt and dill. Pan-fry potatoes until lightly browned.
