  7. A hands down favorite among our staff, this

  8. chocolate-and-espresso-marbled-cheesecake masterpiece is a decadent

  9. delight. A chocolate crust makes it all the better!

  10. *Use Basic Recipe

  11. *Use Chocolate Crumb Crust under Crust Variations

  12. In pot over medium heat bring heavy cream from basic recipe to a boil.

  13. Stir in 2 tbs instant espresso powder until dissolved. Remove from

  14. heat;

  15. cool. Combine heavy cream mixture with egg, sour cream, yolks and vanilla.

  16. Preceed with recipe as directed. Reserve 1 cup batter. Pour

  17. remaining

  18. 2 oz chopped bittersweet chocolate; stir in

  19. tbs finely ground espresso beans; let cool. Stir into reseved batter.

  20. Swirl

  21. chocolate-espresso batter into batter in pan. Bake as directed.
