  2. 1 tablespoon flour

  3. 3/4 cup cream

  4. 2/3 cup tomato catchup

  5. 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce few drops lemon juice salt and pepper

  6. 1 pint oysters

  1. Preparation : Melt butter, blend in flour and add cream and catchup gradually. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add Worcestershire sauce lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cook oysters slowly in their own liquor until edges curl. Drain, place oysters in individual buttered casseroles and cover with the sauce. Bake in moderate oven (375'F) 15 to 20 minute
