  1. 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil

  2. 2 minced garlic cloves

  3. 2 cups sliced swiss chard

  4. cup milk

  5. teaspoon ground pepper

  6. Dash of nutmeg

  7. Saut garlic in hot olive oil until softened before adding chard, milk, pepper and nutmeg. Cook while stirring often until chard is tender. Serve warm.
