  1. 2 pounds ground beef

  2. 1/2 cup chopped onion

  3. 1 clove garlic -- minced

  4. 1 pound can tomatoes

  5. 1 cup tomatoe juice

  6. 1/4 teaspoon salt & pepper

  7. 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

  8. 1 teaspoon chili powder optional

  9. 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni

  1. Preparation : Brown meat, onions and garlic in skillet and drain. Combine tomatoes, tomato juice,and 1-1/2 C water in crockpot.Add drained meat, onionsgarlic salt and stir in seasonings. Mix well and cook on low 6-8 hours. Stir in uncooked macaroni and continue cooking 2-3 hours, until macaroni is tender.
