  1. Chopped and Cubed Fresh Paneer(cottage cheese) - approx 250 grms

  2. For Garnishing:

  3. 1 cup Finely Chopped Red Onions

  4. Chopped Cilantro or Coriander leaves

  5. For the Marinade:

  6. 1 cup thick curds, beaten

  7. 1 teaspoon red chilli powder

  8. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

  9. 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste

  10. 1/2 teaspoon Bengal gram flour (besan)

  11. 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala

  12. 1/2 teaspoon garam masala

  13. 1/2 tsp Dhaniya Powder

  14. Salt to taste

  1. For the paneer tikka filling 1. Mix all the Marinade ingredients in a mixing bowl.

  2. Add the chopped paneer and chopped tomatoes to the prepared marinade and mix gently.

  3. Keep aside for about 1/2 hour.

  4. Heat the oil in a pan, add the paneer mixtures, the cubed boiled potatoes and saute on medium to high flame for about 5 to 10 minutes. When stirring, stir gently and ensure that the paneer does not break too much.

  5. Note: u can roll the sabji in chapatis(tortillas) and it becomes paneer kaati roll
