  1. Strawberries

  2. 1 graham cracker pie crust

  3. 1 sm. box sugar free strawberry Jello

  4. 1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch

  5. 1 1/2 c. water

  6. Cool Whip lite

  1. Cap and wash strawberries and put into pie crust. Mix cornstarch and Jello with water. Stir over moderate heat until thickened, stirring constantly. This will only take a few minutes. When thickened, pour over strawberries and pie crust. Cool in refrigerator and top with Cool Whip lite.
