  1. 1 can condensed milk

  2. 4 egg yolks

  3. 4 oz. Key Lime juice

  4. 1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs

  5. 1/4 lb. butter

  6. 1/2 c. sugar

  1. CRUST: Combine crumbs and sugar. Melt butter and add. Stir until crumbs are moist. Press crumbs into pie pan.

  2. PIE: Combine egg yolks and lime juice. Beat until blended. Add milk and beat again. Pour into graham cracker crust. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. For easy serving, dip bottom of pie plate in hot water for a few seconds. Slice and serve.
